Cryptocurrencies, campervans, and laptop screens (there is a link, albeit a loose one)

I’ve been spending the last few days on all of the above.

On the one hand fixing a leaking van roof that’s been on the to do list for months. There really is nothing like leaving something until the coldest day of the year to be motivated enough to just do it.

On the other trying to get my head around bitcoin.

Now I can’t confess to be an expert but 1000% increase in a year, not to mention an increase from almost nothing in 2013 to over £6K by 2017….is this too good to be true?

This is in no way any kind of advice and stocks / shares in whatever format is gambling, but I cannot help but wish I had got in on this act years ago. You know, less thinking, more action. Maybe then I wouldn’t be replacing my laptop screen myself using a hairdryer and tinfoil…..
