Last year I was asked to record a podcast for the Art of Brilliance. If you’ve not heard of these guys they specialise in training and development to make you a more positive, motivated and brilliant person!
What’s really cool is they are also a not-for-profit. So all monies made (from the wide range of corporate gigs they deliver) gets pumped back into subsidising school education programs.
Anyway, I said yes and was interviewed by Andy Cope on who I am, the reasons I quit my perfectly good career after 21 years, what I did, and what I do now to keep things moving.
There’s something on travel and adventure, writing a book gets a mention, as does kitesurfing, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and what I believe really makes me happy these days.
It’s an easy listen, quite light-hearted, gets a little deep at times, and gives a take on living life in tune with what works for you. I could say more but why not give it a listen!
